Due to a recent series of arguments I’ve had with J-20 regarding something as simple as where he is from, I got to thinking….why not ask the whole forum? I was curious where everyone was from for the the purposes of my Iran topic.
That thread bombed pretty badly so I’ll avoid adding a subject matter in this case. This thread is very simple. I’m just wondering what all different nationalities we have on the forum. This is purely for fun, and if you are offended by the question then of course you don’t have to take part.
I just thought it would be neat to get a nice cross section of members. I fully expect most to be from the UK, but even if you are please just state so for the purposes of this thread if you so choose to take part.
In addition, if you were born in one place but now live in another please share that as well.

Born and brought up in North Kent. Moved around a bit and now permanently settled in West Sussex about 8 miles from Shoreham airfield. Being under the Washington VRP I get spoilt with some of the things I see.
The Mrs however wants me to make it clear she is a Yorkshire girl who has suffered the South for 20 years as I won’t ask for a visa to live up there.

& then moved to Los Angeles a little over 20 years ago. Currently located between Plant 42 & Edwards AFB.

Born in Glastonbury, near Yeovilton, family moved to a village called Butleigh, nearer to Yeovilton, when I was a baby. I grew up there then moved to Keinton Mandeville, a village nearer to Yeovilton, then moved within the village to a house about half a mile nearer to Yeovilton.
By the way, did I mention I live near Yeovilton?

South East England, 20 miles N.of London, quarter-mile from one end of Panshanger Airfield – where (incidently) there is a RV Fly-in on Sunday 1st.April, with a free nosh for the jocks, I believe.

Walsall, the ‘Black Country’ and just to correct Rich, I live in God’s County. Walsall is about 9 miles North of Birmingham (the proper one, Cooper) and just before anyone thinks to suggest it, no, ar bay a Brummie!

Just to the south of Chesterfield, Derbyshire about 6 miles away from Chatsworth House. I was born here and still live in more or less the same area.
The occasional post from me comes from Coventry but only if the weather is stopping me working.

As all can see, I live in Tonbridge, Kent.
But, to be a little more precise, I live in a small village a few miles to the north-east of Tonbridge and very pretty it is, too.
Also, I am a New Zealander and emigrated to the UK almost exactly twenty years ago.
