where can I find nose art pictures

I’m doing a project at school on the puma’s in our local region. (western victoria, Australia) and would like to to find some nose art of puma’s that would of been used during 1942-1945 by the U.S airforce pilots. I don’t have any squadron number’s yet but i’m working on it. I do have the fighter group number and which airfoce commander they where under. but i’m not on my home pc at the min so i’ll post that info later. 🙂 any help would be great.

Didn’t Ginger Lacy’s Spitfire Sqn in the Far East have a leaping Puma accross the roundel?

Nah. A mailed fist – 17 Sqd.

Hi shifty_987

If your not on a Time Limit thing here I can give my friends down at Maxwell AFB home of the USAF research lab and see what they can pull up. Also I might have some stuff for you on the 49 since they came to Maine after the war was over. Give me a day or so and I’ll rumage around my book collection to find my 49th book.
