Where do police helicopter photos belong?

Since almost the only aircraft I can photograph from my balcony are police helicopters, where should I post pictures like this?
I am still waiting for a nice Swedish army Vertol to come by, but no luck so far!
Note how close this one was, yesterday afternoon, I thought they were going to drop in for donuts!
