Where is the "like" button in this forum?

I admit I am a FB fan ๐Ÿ˜›

I am always looking for the “like” button whenever I read an interesting post in this forum although I know there is no such thing!

I hate to admit it, but I think I am addicted to this button! lol!

A ‘like’ button would be almost as irritating and just as pointless as a ‘Facebook’ button or a ‘Twitter’ button.

Let’s hope it never happens.

If you like someone’s post, why not just say so. People don’t give enough compliments i.m.o.

๐Ÿ˜€ well I am usually very good at complimenting people especially when I am talking to them over the phone or face to face.

However, on forums the format is just different and yeah maybe I am not used to it yet, that’s all!

It’s never too late to say it, but thank you guys for making this forum a nice place to hang out!

Very true…..and yet we seem far too ready to criticize, and insult, each other!

I do find them a trifle juvenile !!

I used to be on an over-50s forum that introduced both a ” like ” and ” dislike ” option.

Much to my amusement, most of these mature old souls reacted to their posts being disliked rather as though someone had murdered their first-born.
After much debate, the forum owners removed the dislike option,as it was felt to be far too harsh for most of the old dears to cope with ๐Ÿ˜€

If you like someone’s post, why not just say so. People don’t give enough compliments i.m.o.

I think youโ€™ll find that the need for a โ€˜likeโ€™ button comes a very poor second…

…after the need for a โ€˜moan like a b@stardโ€™ button! ๐Ÿ˜€

We have a like button on Peugeot Forums & a Reps button on Jeep & Dodge sites . They are a bit of fun , & even though I occasionally use them , I do find them a trifle juvenile !!
