Happy New Year everybody! (Tried to do this yesterday)
Well, I’m back from my travels, and before I give you the details I wondered if any of you would like to try a little brain teaser?
For those who would:-
The day is Saturday 28th December 2002, time 1130 local, place somewhere in South East Asia.
I am sitting awaiting takeoff in a 737-300, but if it were not this time of year it would be an A330.
Looking out of the starboard window I can see one of the other two aircraft waiting to depart. It is a 737-200 which left the factory in September 1967.
Through the port window I see a LET 410 preparing to leave.
There are only these three scheduled movements at this airport today.
Where am I?

Yes it does exist,on Palawan,”Last Frontier” of the Philippines, Wonderful place.
I’ll post again with details of my trip, but for the moment, to confirm, it was :
737-300 Philippine Airlines PPS-MNL
737-200 Air Philippines PPS-MNL
LET410 Seair PPS-El Nido

Was the 733 of Philipines and in summer would of been operated by an A330?
The LET 410 of Seair?
The 732 Air Philippines?
Therefore it is Cebu- Mactan International?

733 not Thai, 410 not Asian Spirit,not Manila – only three movements that day. But you’re on the right track!
