I’m afraid the accident was fatal.The aircraft came to rest inverted in open fields having undershot the runway.The soft earth meant that the headrest dug in and failed to save the pilot.:( The backseater came away unhurt.

Crashed 13/3/95. Was it a fatal accident – I forget, but have a feeling about it…

Looks very much like the one that overturned on landing a few years ago (G-BHTH). It later passed to Northbrook College at Shoreham where it is currently for sale. It’s had some work carried out in it since the accident but is still very much a project.
