Which AF has the best trained pilots?

I’m curious to see who you guys think has the best (meaning training, tactics etc..) AF pilots? Gimmie your top five in order. Here are mine……

1)USAF
2)IDF/AF
3)RAF
4)Armee de l’air (France)
5)THK-EPA

I was seriously considering the IDF/AF as number one, and if the criteria were air combat records I would certainly give them the gold….
