Which joystick do u use

I use the cyborg evo and the sidewinder forcefeedback joystick. i wanted to buy the x45 saitek but it was all over sold out. so i am waiting for the X52. My only problem with the evo is that sometimes the fighter tends to yaw to the left. otherwise a good product.

saitek has nice price/quality factor.

The X52 will be around 75 pound, which i think is great value considering what can be done with this stick, what it has etc etc, and that for my MS SW FFB 2 i paid £100 four or 5 years ago.

SO X-52 coming out in november, i see that a lot of you use the Sidewinder Force Feedback 2. i didnt like that one because there were not many buttons on it 😀 , it didnt seem like a hotas joystick. Also very expensive with its price/quality ratio (around 60 dollars ? wasnt it) . the X-45 has a very good pirce/quality ratio, i hope the X-52 will have that to.

The cougar can’t be considerd if you are a student or don’t work. the cougar comes at a price of around 400 dollars. But the u get the best joystick around also.

MS FFB sidewinder 2

Next stick WILL be the X-52 which comes out in November. Not quite the sept/oct period dabs said. I spoke to saitek about that and they gave dabs a telling off lol

I have a CH Flight Sim Yoke and CH pedals (both USB) for civilian sims.. I swap out the yoke for an original MS FF stick (but still use the pedals) for combat sims. Works great. The MS FF stick is now maybe 4 or 5 years old and is still going strong. Great stick.

Saitek X45 replacing an X35/36 combo. In fact I have a question. I find the X45 squeaky rather than stiff, scuse the smutty pun but I like the stiffness. Now I know that some have greased their sticks (this thread is going down hill fast) 😀 😀 😀 😀 but what grease is safe to use? If anybody says KY jelly I will be unable to contain myself.

I use the Sidewinder Force Feedback2 and I love it. 🙂 My father uses a Thrustmaster topgun fox 2 pro. I prefer the one I have. 😮

I use the Microsoft Force Feedback 2, but a few months ago the system that detects if your hand is on the joke failed. It now detects it all the time, so when I’m flying on autopilot or when I don’t wont the FF, I have to pull out the power. But I’m already using it for about two (or is it three?) years, so it worked fine very long.

EDIT: I cleaned it with a toothpick and it works now. Dirty work!

Well it’s all okay if you have money to burn. Have had a Saitek in the past but parts kept detaching themselves, not even through overuse or abuse. My mate had 3 Wingman sticks all decided to stop working.

So on the basis of this, I bought the MS FF2 stick. Again shame they stop making them. Everything else you can use the keyboard for.

Hi,
I have a Logitech Wingman Force 3d force feed back stick which is good but after a while the rudder twist on the handle fails and you can’t get full rudder both ways. This happened on a previous stick i owned and has happened to several friends. It seems to be a design fault !
