Can anyone remember who it was, that was in charge of the project to build a replica of the Whirlwind (P9 Fighter) that was flashed across certain aviation message boards a few years ago?
Or to be more precise, do they have a email address for him, as I would like to contact him?

Oh, and another thing, Whirly related. There’s a rumour I’ve heard that a Whirlwind cockpit had survived up until the late 60’s early 70’s but that it was burnt by some Navy fire fighters for a practice exercise… 😮 Please tell me this ain’t so…

Sorry should be more precise – allegedly Whirlwind as he has some other AVRO parts that are roughly ascribed to Whirlwind..
