Wholl be the next to produce a manned stealth fighte? Japan, Korea, India, or Turkey

seems like western europe gave up on manned stealth fighters (either already F-35 users, or waiting to go to 6th gen).
so its up to Asia.
Japan already made a stealth demonstrator, but might not make a full scaled combat aircraft
S.Korea and Indonesia would like to do it but their industry says they don’t have the capabilities
Turkey might be the farthest, but its Turkey.
India has the need, but might fly in 2100
