Today while watching RAF gun camera footage I watched a brief clip of an attack on shipping which occurred on 14/7/42, the day before Paddy was killed…

His penultimate mission perhaps?

I’m not convinced….but am willing to be persuaded.

Perhaps earning that DFC was pretty ageing.

My shot was cropped from a group of three pilots. Finucane was supporting himself with stick.
