Why are Russian a/c cockpits blue?

If you take a look at all the latest Sukhois, Tupolevs, MiG’s etc, they’re generally a light blue color. Compared to the latest western aircraft they are generally dark grey or black (Typhoon being the exception as it is also a light blue with black on top)..any reason for choosing that color?
