Why do eastern planes have fat belly?

you know like J-10,JF-17,LCA, and other planes from these region seem to hae fatter bellies..while most of the europeans or western planes, and some of Russia, seem to have flat tops..and idea? or is it just part of the ‘culture’ thingy or whatever.
