Why isn't there a "mark all posts as read" button?

Maybe that would take care of the problem with random notification of the number of new posts. Or am I the only one getting notified of a number of new posts when there aren’t any and also the other way around, no new posts notification but there are new posts?

I believe that the current situation with multiple postings from a single member, postings of no interest to me, makes my wish more actual. As it is now, I have to open each and every thread to get rid of the “new post” notification! Or am I missing the obvious?

Is someone from KEY.AERO reading the forums?

I think not since if anyone did, they would have responded to my question!
