Why so few helicopter losses in Iraq?

I always find it strange that coalition helicopter losses are so few in Iraq…you would think they would be sitting ducks.

Do the Iraqis not have have guided shoulder launched surface to air missiles? Stinger or Russian origin? Or are they restricted to unguided rpg?

I would think it would be pretty easy for an Iraqi to hide atop in or inside a building and launch one of these at a landing or circling chopper.
