It was Philipp Steinbach displaying , saw him at last years display and thought he was brilliant but this year he seemed much better , probably the best aerobatic display I have seen , that roll rate was just mind boggling.
You start to take photographs but have to give in to watch.
Yes his displays are always fantastic. As for taking pictures of his flying he makes panning impossible. 😀

I heard a rumour there was an N3N on site poking its nose out of one of the hangars, dont suppose you managed to get a pic of it?

…it is a very nice place to visit,I was up that way earlier in the year for a bizarre reason and popped in to Wickenby on the way home…
I had wanted to visit since reading Jack Currie’s book many years ago
