Yes that’s it Y11F but you can’t see the Zero or Stirling 🙂

How about the Zero that never appeared last year? Just ‘cos its on the poster don’t mean its gonna be there….
Dean

What was on the flying Legends poster last year that you thought was going to be at the show?

Yes it looked lovely sitting there on Hardwick’s lovely smooth grass runway
Especially with the Grace Spitfire parked the otherside. 😉

I fully intend to perform my clenched teeth inverted ribbon cutting low pass between the tables at the Red Lion as I had originally planned last year. Only due to fuel starvation was this cancelled!

I didnt see the Stirling either, the Canon Step Ladder Display Team were performing for most of the show…(apologies, couldnt resist!). I believe I also missed the 3 crated Indian Spitfires that were there….(apologies again)…

Ah, but it was largely obscured by the Chinese Stirling most of the time….
Or that’s what someone told me, or maybe I read it on the web somewhere…

Perhaps it should be renamed ‘Flying Myths’ considering all the (mostly outlandish) speculation.

I’m already bored with the subject
Probably best you don’t open a thread with this title then? 🙂

More like.
I’m already bored with the subject, what we need is one of Snappers “Legends is Cancelled” threads to put the Moggy amongst the Doves, so to speak.
It has not been cancelled but it has been moved to RAF Coningsbury
