Will-O-The-Wisp

Re my first as (I’m new to this).
See piccy, under starboard engine. (The son in law) recons I should post this one. From last sunday 20 March.
We think we know whats happening but why only on some aircraft and not others? engine hight from ground? Ambient temp? Humidity? Speed of engine? speed of aircraft over ground?

None of the above??
I recon. This is how Gremlins get on board.

The water is sucked from the taxiway into the engines.

This has to do with the humidity, the suction (power) and how high the engine is from the floor. You will see this at some types more than at others. The 737 gets it more often than a A320 because the A320 has the engines higher up.

The F16 fighter has this very often.
