Will UAV's and cruise missles replace the manned fighter in the future ?

People,UAV and missiles are getting more and more important as time goes by ,will it finally replace the manned fighter in the future? There is reports that say JSF might be the last Manned fighter for USA and there are more and more UAV down the pipeline,
