William Ronald Stevens 23 Squadron photograph query

I have attached what I believe is a photograph of William Ronald Stevens of 23 Squadron.

I am 90% certain that it is him, however, I wondered if any members could confirm it for me.

I want to forward it for use in ‘Men of The Battle of Britain’.
