Windows XP Problems…

Hi,

I recently purchased a new mobile phone and am trying to install the Nokia PC Suite software but so far, I’ve had no luck. The installation gets up to about 95% (taking about 20 minutes to get that far) and then comes up with an error message, something to do with an Error 1935. It then rolls back and quits and after trying about 10 or 15 times now, I’m fed up and desperately need some help!

I’ve learned that an Error 1935 is something to do with the Windows XP Service Pack #2 and it appears that this pack needs to be removed from the computer in order for my application to successfully install. I’ve been to the Microsoft website and looked for the instructions on how to remove the pack but they don’t seem to work. According to them, you should be able to access Add/Remove Programs and choose the Service Pack 2 option. For me, I don’t have this option. Instead, I do have lots of files which have SP2 in their names. Do I have to delete these files one by one or is there a simpler way to doing it?
