Wing Commander RJC Grants, Memorial service 28th February 2004

On Saturday 28th February on the 60th anniversary of his death A Memorial Service and Plaque Dedication at Orsett Fire Station Essex England

I have to say that Roger Pickett has done a fantastic job in setting this up and also his visit to the pilots sister in New Zealand 3 weeks ago to present Grants sister who is now 94 with a plaque in memeory of her brother.
Roger then flew on to Wanaka to present an identical plaque to Sir Tim Wallis and Ian Broadie of the Royal New Zealand Fighter Pilots Museum.

Now thats Dedication Hats off to Roger.

real shame we could not of had a airborne salute to Reg but the cost we were quoted prohibited this. but thanks to those who tried to help
