Well, this thing realy has been pain in the ass.
Some of you may remember that at New Year I triumphantly displayed my new 787 template. Only to have the wind knocked out of my sails when Photoshop screwed up basicaly made the template unusable. About 24 hours of work went down the drain. And, well, I simply couldn’t be bothered after that.
A friend recently poked me in the side with sticks long enough for me to give in and begin re constructing the template.
Here we have the fruit of 6 hours work. Its a work in progress, about 50% done.

Those are Chevrons – scalloped or serrated edges used to quite the noise both for Passengers inside and for people outside.
They look pretty good too!

Probably one of the most stunning liveries in the world and certain the most stunning that will be on a 787!
Absolutely agree with that statement!!! Its that sort of Livery that will never need changing !!

Yup, something to do with helping to reduce noise

Very good stuff there, are the 787 engines going to be like the ones on your template?? (am referrring to the “jaggy bits” to the rear)
