working in the aviation field

Hi there.
I’m looking for suggestions because I really need them.
I’m looking for a job and possibly a career in a plane related environment.
I don’t know exactly what could I possibly do, I’m 26, I can speak fairly English, Spanish and Italian and I’m good with computers (I know how to assemble them but I don’t know anything about programming).
I live in Italy (Bologna), which has a small airport, but I’m willing to move almost everywhere, as long as I can sustain economically myself.
I’m especially concerned about how to start and how to get hired.
I know that it’s not a lot of information, but I have to make up my mind and I would really like some help.

HOW do you join an airline/go straight into work?
Now they seem to hire only via web, and my curriculum isn’t fancy enough.
It seems that for every single position you need years of previous experience in the field.

What entry position do you deem recommendable for someone who hasn’t exactly had a career in this field?
Who should I contact to let people know about me? Via e-mail? Personally?
