Working Party

Today was the day that our little ‘strip-hopper’ was cleaned.

After a hard winter it is necessary to give him a bit of a fettle.

So the six groupies, plus Tom the original owner and honary leader all turned up to LKI to do a bit of cleaning.

We just made it before it rained. Washed overall, cleaned underneath with Avgas. Mer on all the major surfaces, windows and upholstery cleaned, some screws tightened up.

All ready for another hard year.

Tom has retired (At 82, who would blame him?) There is a space for anyone in East Anglia who wants to pay £36 an hour (wet) for their flying 😉

Dean.

At 70 hours P1 we can negotiate with the insurers and subject to an extended conversion / check out (100 hr + pilots only take a single flight) take them in.
