As long as this doesnt turn into an AvB war, I agree with Blackcat
now theres a surprise
Ok folks…. you can think what you like about the A320 Family. It may be YOUR favourite but thats where it ends.
The 737NG Sales have outstripped the A320 by a large margin… and the order books have more in them than the A320 line.
The 737 was the fastest ever commercial airliner to reach 1500 deliveries.
8 start up airlines out of 10 will start ops with a 737, most likely the 300 variant. Why? cheap, efficient and versatile.
The figures show the 737 is the most popular plane in its class with airlines. Fact.
So if this thread is nothing more than personal opinion… thats fine, but don’t start any cr@p about how the A320 is the best or most popular because to put it simply, it isn’t.

I drive a french car because the british can’t build reliable cars for sh*t.
If you tell them you are not sh!t they may be able to build you a reliable car! It’s worth the try! 😀
Just joking!

Mais naturellement, M.Murray! 😉
C’mon, Sandy. We’ve had this conversation before – both companies indulge in “dodgy dealings”. As you know perfectly well. 🙂
Thats not in dispute here.

I don’t think Sandy is iverall too bothered about who builds what, or the build-quality, overall..but rather the business practices Airbus use…I could be wrong, I have been in the past…
Hit the nail on the head there 😉
