Worlds most pointless air force

Just a bit of a break from all the seriousness on this forum :p ,

What, in ur opinion, is the worlds most pointless air force?

This can be an air force so small or badly equipped it doesn’t stand a chance against a small breeze 😉
Or an air force that has no enemy to fight….errr, Ireland anyone??? 😀
Or one whose pilots have faired so badly in combat they may as well have stayed on the ground and just shouted abusive language at the attackers 😎
