I wonder if anyone could enlighten me. Would the RAF’s Eurofighter, Tornados and Harriers be grounded due to the cloud of ash from the volcano in Iceland?
I ask as I wondered how the effect of ash would effect different types of jet aircraft being that 747s and other commercial planes are grounded. Or is it a case of different guidelines for Military use of airspace as a pose to commercial?
