Would this Work? Flexible Wing Design

Alright, let’s try this one, a concept aircraft that would test the possibilities of a flexible wing! Outrageous I know, but imagine a plane where it is possible to adjust the entire shape of the wing, reducing drag, allowing all possible characteristics of the wing. In the design drawing, the wing tips are turned down (allowing for high altitude stability) and from the side view, you can see that the wing is curved along the top of the fuselage, to produce maximum lift at low speeds.

For High Alt/speed: Wing tips down, wing flat.

For slow speed: Level wingtips, curved wing.

Air intakes would be fitted with ramps (like concorde) to slow down the air at supersonic speeds. The wings would consist of multiple hydraulic arms to manipulate the wing. The skin could made using multiple metal plates or a strong, flexible material (if such a material exists).
What I want to know is if it could (in theory) be possible to make a plane with this sort of wing design? Does my design come up to that standard? Thank you!:D
