WW2 Aircrew Buckle ID??

Hi folks,
can anyone ID this buckle from a WW2 crash site? Not sure if it was harness or parachute or agricultural. Only numbers visible are a 22 in raised lettering..

This is a parachute shroud-line attachment point shackle. There were two (or four?) of these. A webbing strap to the harness fixes to the straight bar whilst the groups of shroud lines attach to the “D”.
