WW2 Luftwaffe records

Hi to everyone,with reference to my thread about Hampden P5314 I would like to try and find out about the incident from the Luftwaffe pilots perspective if possible.I know the pilot oblt Paul Semrau of 2 NJG/1 was killed in 1945 I think but he would have recorded the Hampden P5314 incident so where would I find such information?
