WW2 pilots relief tube?

Hi all, just a bit of info required if possible. I have what looks like a pilots urination ‘device’ for want of a better phrase! It looks like a chromed metal tube about 5 -6 Inches long, about 2 inches diameter, with a circular end cap which is hinged, and the other end attached to a rubber bladder about 12 inches long. Any ideas?? I can’t load pics or send PM’S because every time I press my ‘messages’ it just sets off the search button.
