Yesterday I heard that the wreck of a WWII aircraft, possibly a P-51D, has been located at the bottom of Lake Garda off Lazise. The scuba diving association which members made the discovery is holding a press conference next 19 April.
If “Flypast” is interested I might take part to the press conference, write a feature article and hopefully obtain some pictures as well (please contact me here or via PM).
This is not the only historical artifact lying in Lake Garda: a Dukw, lost in the final stages of WWII with 24 GIs on board, was found last year after the story of its sinking was handed down for generations by locals.
Same for another US fighter whose outline appeared on a sonar screen last September.

You’re welcome Sopwith. I am planning to attend the press conference. However, what interests me most is the following: is there any chance to see this news featured in “Flypast”??
Probably the best thing to do would be to email the editor directly and see what he says about it.
