Wyvern and Lancaster lighting

Has anyone got any information on the external lighting layout for the Lancaster? I’m meddling with some fibre optics and LED’s on a model and although I know the easy bits – red and green nav lights on the wing tips, I’m not sure about the rest! I assume the trailing edge lights were white and that there is another white light under the turret but is that everything? I assume that red flashing lights were not added to the upper and lower fuselage, only on City of Lincoln?

Same applies to the Wyvern. I checked as best I could but I’m slightly confused as some images appear to show a red beacon on top of the fuselage (some don’t seem to have it) but no sign of any similar light under the fuselage. As ever, any help would be appreciated!
