Well the official launch is tomorrow, but here we go. XLs new colours.

Like the tail, but the ‘XL’ on the fuselage cheapens it. And for some reason looks like it needs a dash of orange….

personally I like it. I thought the old scheme was too simple…..like they had just leased the plane and threw something on. the new one looks more distinguishable and permanent.

Which video, and where are the crew posing
All I know is that the plane came in for making a film and crew posing for the airline might see it soon on are tellys.

I like the livery a lot, just not sure about the use of ‘XL’ (extra large) rather than ‘Excel’ (to be good at something).
Why would a new livery require crew training?

Tail looks alrite, but as with the general concencious, the body is a little plain.

First thing I thought of when I saw it was ‘Jet Blue’

Personally, I didn’t think that the Excel Airways (or XL) colour scheme was one that needed changing. I do like the various shades of blue, but the typeface used is tacky and the fuselage looks bare.
I much prefer the older scheme.

Personally I don’t really like it. I think it’s abit too bland and basic and looks a lot like a “low cost” livery. I suppose it may grow on me, but I prefer the old one, much more colourful.

I dont mind the tail and i like the colour around the nose area and cockpit. I think the XL.com part on the main body should be on the engines and maybe “Excel” should be down the main body!

I like it, much more interesting and less bland than their previous livery as theres more action with the colours on the tail. Also the large titles enhance the XL now. Much improved!
