A quick search on www.deals2travel.co.uk shows the following flights available

Exeter and Bristol to Las Palmas (Gran Canaria)
Bristol to Funchal (Maderia)

Prices from Exeter were starting at £269

Normally on Xmas day a full charter operation runs from most regional airports. Best bet is to find out what day of the week Xmas is this year, then see what flies on that day of the week.
