Circa late ’80s/early ’90s there was a dismantled Gloster Javelin at Yatesbury. Does anyone know which one it was?

Thanks Brian.
Sorry my fault for being lazy not adding the ‘Farleigh’ in my post above – yes that was the line I had on view, to just east of Bath.
One thing I’ve never found btw, are any shots whilst at Norwich prior to Elvington.

JK,
The Monkton just northeast of Yatesbury is not the same as Monkton Farliegh which is just east of Bath (approximately 150 km west-southwest as the crow flies) .

Yes, definately XH767, she must have moved sideways for a while, I was surprised when I looked at a map yesterday and realised how close to Monkton, Yatesbury actually is. Agree with Dave, a very useful missing link, a little sad to see, but thanks Sabrejet!

I would say that it is definitely XH767
Thanks for providing another piece in the jigsaw

Dave,
Many thanks. Makes sense, and in the meantime to prove that I wasn’t losing my marbles I dug out my negatives:

I wonder if it is the one at Elvington as it may have moved temporarily from Monkton Farleigh where it was with the Avon Aviation Museum before going to the City of Norwich Museum
I believe that some of the Avon Aviation Museum members were also involved with the Meteor Flight at Yatesbury.
I can not think of any others that would have been in a dismantled condition around that time and can not remember the Javelin being assembled
