I wouldn’t say this was minor either. A pretty serious problem if you ask me, I’ve seen the training vdeos of people accidentally misshandling “left” luggage at check in and it’s not nice.
Also interesting to hear whats happening in my part of the land while im not there 🙂

Erm yes, I do report on a lot of ‘minor’ incidents and I do realise that probably would get a bit tedious. You have a point 🙂
