What are your favourite Monty Python Sketches or Songs?
If you could be more original by NOT listing the classics, i.e. Lumberjack or Dead Parrot that would be good.
My favourites have to be the Bruces sketch and their philosophy song, Pengium on the television, and Eric the ‘alf a bee.

Just remember that you’re standing
on a planet that’s evolving
revolving at 900 miles and hour
and orbiting at 90 miles a second
so it’s reckoned, the sun that is the source of all our power
now the sun and you and me
and all the stars that we can see
are moving at a million miles a day
in the outer spiral arm
at 40,000 miles an hour
of a galaxy we call the milky way
This has been known to have been performed at Andover Strut social evenings by a fat bloke with a guitar.
