Your Models

Hello Guys How about a new thread on scale plastic models in your collection. Only WW2 no post war stuff or commercial airliners..
This is my trusty wimpy after being built and on display for years followed by years of storage dismantled and stuffed in the box, only to reappear recently in new modified form.

The second photo was taken right after the first one when suddenly the wimpy suffered a stall and hard landing onto the rug! … 😮
Back to the Hangar we go……:(

Happy to say the rebuild is now complete and she was gently placed back on display without any further damage. 😮

Mine are metal….
2 P51’s, a mini Vulcan & a P47….
then there are a few valves, big ones on either end are R3350 intake, middle 3 are R2800, (& the casing is .50cal), V8 is a Ford 427 Cammer.. er.. piston is Kawa 1100 :), Rod is Merlin, Plug is a Champion W14 & the aluminum tube with the white tape around it is another of those plugs… but still sealed in the original container since 19**??
