Yugoslav MiG 29s

Does anyone out there know who claimed the shootdown or shot down Yugoslav AF Mig-29s 18113 and 18114 on March 26, 1999 during Operation Allied Force. It is purported to have been a Captain Jeff ‘Claw’ Hwang of the 493rd FS (at the time), but as far as I am aware there has been no official accreditation for these two kills.
We are running an article on the Yug AF MiG-29 ops during Allied Force and the unit/pilot(s) responsible for these two shootdowns are a bit of a mystery. Any help would be appreciated.
