The Zhuk MSFE radar is being used on board a new Ruusian frigate, I assume this to be one of the new corvettes. Does anybody have any more info about this?
Specifically could it in a naval role be used for weapons control for any of the existing Russian naval SAMs? what about VL Stil?
What role would this radar have as a naval unit? top plate replacement?
Thoughts?

Its either that or one of the corvettes being built (project 20382).
Wonder how this radar might be used: as fixed-planar array (several used) or as rotary array, both for multifunction search/firecontrol solutions, or as seperate dedicated firecontrol radar.

The new Russian frigate will have displacement of 8000 tons!
