Zoom Airlines Help.

Sorry to post another Thread 😡

I need a little help regarding Zoom Airlines, the new Canandain Start up. They operate 4 flights into LGW each week. Im going up to LGW on Saturday, if the weather holds, for a afternoon of spotting, Im just wondering if I would be likely to see the Zoom Airlines 767?

I have been to their website and I have been unable to find any flight Schedule?

Any help from anyone, on beoing able to give me, on point me in the direct on the flight timetable, I would be most greatful

Cheers.
Andrew

I saw them landing at Toronto’s Pearson on Saturday. I had no idea who it was until it got close. It was just this big dark shadow moving across the surburbs that surround the airport. Kind of cool looking up close though.

Well so much for an exclusive pic, turns out the plane came into GLA the day before early in the morning. Which means that this pic of mine represents the 2nd visit of C-GZUM to Glasgow.

Oh well…. It’s still the first pic on it’s proper Monday once a week day.

AFAIK, they only have one plane, ex or leased from Air France C-GZUM B767-300ER, still had a french registration about a week or so ago. They also had a Monarch A320 on lease which has just gone back. I think it was also registered C-GZUM.

The plane above arrived in GLA about ten mins behind schedule at around 1pm.

Shame we were off all week or I could have claimed a world exclusive posting of this pic I took of the first Zoom visit to GLA. I think I even beat the A.net boys to it as they still don’t have one of C-GZUM at Glasgow on the site yet. 😀

It arrives once a week on a Monday at around 1255 or so.

Andrew – there seems to have been a Flyjet 757 parked in the west park most of the time this week.

Only aircraft they have at the minute I think (atlantic wise) is 763 C-GZUM, which I got at MAN this morning :). The MAN flight today was the first one and its regular on Thursday.

For LGW, the flights in the timetables I have show:

FRI 1750 ARR OOM410 Vancouver / Edmonton
FRI 2100 DEP OOM511 Toronto
TUE 2100 ARR OOM110 Vancouver / Edmonton

Obviously should be at least another one somewhere I can’t find! It does say in the front of the book that as it was closed the schedules were still to be confirmed so I don’t know how reliable these will be.
Looking at it though the times look about right for the Friday flight to be returning straight after the MAN flight and if they are right then it wouldn’t be able to get back from Vancouver on Saturday I wouldn’t think you will see it unless its delayed overnight.

I think that is the only aircraft they use across the Atlantic?
