Great report and photos, i don’t think it would have touched down halfway down the runway though Jon, if that had been the case it would have been a take off and go around!!!

Well ok, maybe not half way but a fair distance away from the threshold which resulted in a hard landing. Plus, most aircraft exit the runway at the last taxi-way but one….we didn’t, we went right to the end of the runway and then onto to the taxi-way. Even 772’s don’t do that 😀

Great shots there! It was bitterly cold wasn’t it 😀
Actually Rwy 28 was in use when we landed but then changed to Rwy 10 when i departed…..
We had the same problem! Thinking we were going on winglets, we walked straight pass and onto EI-DCP!
