Excellent photo’s Paul
but I sure the horizon wasn’t level in a couple of them :D:D:D:D
Aren’t those Easy A320’s actually A319’s though…?
those A319’s are definatly A320-214’s 😀
and that Eurocopter is getting about this week, it was in Hawarden on Monday and departed to Liverpool then was in Blackpool on tuesday

:diablo: Good choice of words – not……… 😀
Read it and you tend to think the worst don’t you? :diablo:
quiet right, not the best choice of words 😮
but it was a quick snap (photo) as I was driving past. I quickly poked my lens through the fence and snapped away, I had not realised it was ‘snoopy’ until I loaded the photo’s onto my PC a few days later 😉
XV208 snapped during engine test 22nd Oct 08
Carmedic, I know a captain who will be happy to see your shot of G-SPUR! You mind if I show him?
no problem at all, he wouldn’t be in this shot would he?

if he wants any copies, PM me with an email address and I will send them over
cheers
Chris

Hi
check out this site
http://www.hawardenspotters.info/
follow the links to “where to spot”
I personally think “Spotting Point 2” is the best location
ignore “Spotting Point 3”
By crossing back over the road you can climb over the fence/hedge just after the Airbus plant and cross the field up to the perimeter fence. You should now be able to see the aircraft outside the Raytheon hangars
if you do this, security will decend on you very quickly and you may also get a visit from the local Plod.
Hawarden is not a busy place, but does get some intresting visitors. Tuesdays and Thursdays seem to be the busiest.
have a look at my photos at http://www.airport-data.com/photographers/Chris+Hall;2873/Hawarden-Airport;12855;1.html

Chris
