Didnt Soviet union get constantly during war in VIetnam parts of shot down American fighters and bombers and other equpiment for evaluation?

I agree with you matt that Kfirs are good aircraft indeed,i like them.I was implying on Iraqi people’s issues with Isreal,that would be the reason why these airplanes woulnt be bought.

Thats quite a lot for an airplane and i do not think it will be so stealthy that the radars in future woulnt detect it and missiles woulnt lock on it. $100m is too much even for Britain i think and especially other countries.They will be paying them off for some years,not buying them straight away.

Wow Mi-28 looks impressive.I am of the opinion that pilot has a good visability,and as someone said he can see good enough front, left and right. The gunner does not need so much visability since he would use the sensors to detect targets and would not use the visual range.What will be the price of Mi-28s?

The best is to get the aircraft that they already had,depending on the roles that they want to fullfill in the future.I am suspecting though that US will “offer” them some old F-16s. Concerning the helicopters they should get UH-1s since there is a lot of those around.

Yes,they captured some Mig-25s and there are nice pictures of those.

Were any Mirages dug out from the sand,cause i havent seen pictures of those?I have seen only pictures of Migs and Sukhois.
