Guys,

The last Warbirds Worldwide magazine was published in 2000.
Z5252 recovery took place in October 2004.

Hi jont122,

As per the latest FlyPast, it’s Hurricane Mk.I P3717. Now under rebuild to flying condition for Hugh Taylor. It was recovered from Russia.

On a related issue, when is the show there this year? Tried searching their website, but it only mentioned last year!

TJ, the airshow will take place on May 26th & 27th, 2007. Keep watching the french part of the website for details and infos about the airshow: http://www.ajbs.fr/meeting.php

As for the T-6’s, there are all sold or flying now.

The Fw 190 is now recovered.

The Fw 190 recovery is underway at the time of writing. Hereafter, a preview of what we can except 🙂 :

It’s simply incredible to see the state of conservation after 63 years underwater!
