that settles it, in my mind there was only one person who entered the house of commons who knew what he was doing. GUY FAWKES!!!. (and he wouldn’t have caused as much damage as todays jokers)

Hi Hatton, i read your post on finescale, that glencoe kit rings a bell, i think i saw one for sale at Newark air museum. next time i go (which will be quite soon) i’ll have a look for you.
Greg
thanks for the info guys,
Greg
Hi Flood.
only if we can find an aviation version.
this gives me an idea for a new game thread. someone posts an aviation question, the first one to give the right answer posts the next question, and so on and so forth.wadaya think?
Greg
Hi Hatton, i am sure i have seen a 1/48th spirit of st louis someplace, maybe by SMER but i am not too sure. try asking on the http://www.finescale.com forum, someone there will know for sure.
Greg
Hi Bart, the 1/32 lancaster and B17 have been done in vacform by I,D models. the kits are very basic and are designed to give the pro modeler and superdetailers the main parts to make their models from. they are very rare now but are sometimes seen on e-bay
Greg
NICE, thanks for sharing them with us.

as well as three airfix 3 a/c sets i got hold of a set with all 11 of the BoBMF aircraft in. great set with all but the MK1 spit being accurate (the real BoBMF aircraft has a later engine/cowl fitted) the airfix lanc is by far better than the revell one but is not totally accurate for PA474 (note rudder shape and mainwheels) plus it lacks the windows on the fuselage top, the airscoop(?)above the stbd wing root and some arials.
hope this helps(and don’t make me sound like an anorac 😮 )
Greg
what about hurri-cat (there was souch a thing, honest), lancatster, moggsqitto, seafurry, hawker tomkit and the dart kitten of course.;)
Greg
