Museums are another matter but if you try and climb on the Vimy don’t expect the Dunsfold gate to be opened before you are thrown through it.
I am all in favour of access and in as many cases as possible I will gladly oblige but if you do it for yourself you are on very thin ice.

It is interesting they say this is the only one flying. There is another being built, or there was a few years back, when Pancho Barnes’s daughter in law was having one built and having Pancho’s original restored.
The original is, apparently, now over here but I don’t know what happened to the replica.

DH 60’s were still in service at that time so could well still be having mods incorporated. Also many drawings could well be applicable to the DH82 ( Tiger Moth ) even though they originated from the DH 60
