Pilot of this Kawasaki Ki-61-I Tei Hien (“Tony”) was the famous Maj. Teruhiko Kobayashi of the 244th Sentai. The B-29 with red “Tony” symbol superimposed was brought down by ramming.

How about this epic attack by a Nakajima B6N Tenzan (“Jill”) torpedo bomber (at 51:08 mins). Looks like the torpedo hangs up or the pilot was just too busy trying to stay alive…
